When we arrived they were setting up for a party and wanted to know what book we wanted so they can check us out. I told them the kids wanted to browse and they said no because we had boots and they just cleaned. I asked for booties to put on my boots they didn't have it. Sorry to try to shop there. Just close the store then if your prepping and don't want customers. Great windows display.

This bookstore is such an amazing addition to the neighborhood! I really appreciate the breadth of selection in the store and when items I want are unavailable, the owner is happy to order it in for me. You can’t get more personal than that! Plus, with all the craziness of the pandemic, they did an amazing job of transitioning to delivery (that was really speedy). Now that the store has reopened, I feel safe coming in to the store. They ask for one family at a time, ask for customers to wear masks, and have a plexiglass barrier up at the cash.

Great selection and great staff! I've even been able to special order a number of titles they didn't have in stock. Getting to see miss Ruby is always a highlight of our visits here. Definitely pop in if you're in the neighbourhood (but it's also worth making a special trip!)

What a great little store! And what a great experience shopping here - ask anything and the owner will have the perfect recommendation.Given the situation we are in, the owner took all the measures to continue to stay open and provide books and games to all her clients.She has been providing free next day delivery for the last 3 months!There are far and few places were everything is customized for you! Your kids will remember places like this forever! Books and little bookstores as Moonbeam are to be treasured and supported by our community!

This place is an absolute gem! The inside decor is lovely and the variety of books for children of all ages is vast. Katherine the owner was very friendly and helpful when trying to pick up books. There are many events that occur that are fun for the entire family. I will definitely be visiting again!
