Best fried chicken. 6 pieces with side of gravy $19.99 Now the spicy chicken is spicy through the entire chicken piece... BRILLIANT! Wow! Loved it. Didn't even use the gravy, but took it home to use when I make french fries

It's been a while since I've dined at Jollibee and enjoyed their delicious fried chicken but here I was, at Promenade Mall, parked at an entrance right next to the restaurant.I ordered the two-piece meal (one regular, one spicy) with fries, gravy, and a pineapple juice.Mmm, it looked yummy! Looks, however, can be deceiving. While the flavour was good, the chicken was not as fresh as it could/should have been. It wasn't even hot. The fries were definitely not fresh.The pineapple juice made up for it though. It was tasty and refreshing!I know, from experience, that Jollibee can do a lot better. Maybe next time...

It’s alright. Same as Popeye’s. Their mashed potatoes and mango peach pie was very good. Their spicy chicken has quite the kick for those who are not use to it. We went on a Sunday for lunch at around 1pm. It was busy so expect to wait around 10 minutes.

Jollibee Palabok was ok but the chicken could have been better as it was red and a little raw on the inside. Also, most items at Jollibee in general contain pork. It would be great to have more variety for people who prefer beef instead.

Expensive for just OK fried chicken. Also waited so long (more than 20 minutes) while other people after me got their food. I did like the pineapple juice drink. Not sure what the hype is about. It's just OK. I've had better.

Chicken is dry and almost hard as a rock. Fries is almost burnt and stale. Its either the food was a leftover from yesterday or they are using an old oil to cook their food.

Chicken was very fresh and the service was fast and efficient.I went on opening weekend and was impressed with how organized they were. The line moved very quickly and there servers were very friendly and welcoming.

I mean it was okay fried chicken. Nothing terrible. They didn’t have any spicy chicken left when I ordered but asked me to wait 20 minutes for it. I was in a bit of a rush so I just said I’d take the original instead. Little did I know it would still take over 15 minutes to get my order out.. disappointing. Slow service and the food didn’t even make up for that. Chicken was fine. Sweet spaghetti was fine. Mashed potatoes were fine. Everything was just so average. Star knocked off for speed.

Food was great however like other reviews have mentioned service is poop.Asked for 2 chicken sandwich clubs and the lady told the kitchen to make them spicy but I never ordered them spicy. I corrected her so she can notify the staff however we ended up receiving the spicy anyways. It really feels like they don’t want you to come back sometimes lol

Love going to this location by Promenade. Always fast and friendly service. The employees take their time to ensure my order is correct. Then they give you a buzzer to alert you when your order is ready. I enjoy their bucket of fried chicken (spicy or non-spicy) and their famous palabok. We even got their peach mango pies for dessert. Prices are moderate and the portion sizes are good. Will be back for more!
