Waterloo Lost Property Office Speakeasy
After visiting London and trying to find a somewhat accessible speakeasy, I settled on the Lost Property Office. I did enjoy the booking requirements as it ensures you get a spot. However, I wouldn’t dare consider it a “speakeasy” in any form of the traditional sense. The signage was obvious, instructions provided, and the entrance was both tacky and in plain sight. The drinks were delicious and unique and the pricing wasn’t outrageous, but the ambience inside was a turnoff if you’re looking to relax and enjoy conversation. The music was over the top loud for as small a space as it was and the genres of music played at times could be more likened to that of a rave or rap concert.Overall I wouldn’t go back just because of the drinks, but if you’re looking for a tacky speakeasy and loud atmosphere this is the place.

This speakeasy is inside of BrewDog which is a walk into the train station. Pick up the telephone and they will open the door to see if there is room for you.Drinks were reasonably priced and were uniquely crafted. It was a nice interior and quaint.

Great place, but not speak-easy!Concept as a secret bar was cool, cocktails were really good, although a bit much on the orangy side, but that's just what my palate tells me. They also do traditional cocktails of course, so something for everybody's taste. Service was also great. However; I don't know if The Lost Property Office themselves brand their concept as speak easy, but I see quite a few others here refer to it as speak easy. It is not. The interior is classy, lighting toned down, but that's it. Music was very contemporary and loud, dress code almost nonexistent, so not much reminding of a proper speak easy bar.But a cool experience it definitely is as long as you know what to expect.

An unexpected gem in London. Reasonable priced and expertly made cocktails. A little jarring stepping back out into the BrewDog after such a relaxed lounge vibe, but would recommend for those looking for the unexpected luxury of London cocktails!

We have been trying out lots of cocktail places recently and this was the most delicious by far - the lemon meringue was delicious (and not a bit yoghurty!) - I could have drink many more of them! Lovely, cool and quiet, great staff - perfect bar!

Excellent craft cocktails expertly prepared. Skilled bartender, definitely a place to check out if you enjoy true craft cocktails. Both drinks I had exceeded all the other craft cocktail bars I visited in London.

What an incredible spot! Came here for a date and the guys took such great care of us! The bartenders walked us through the whole menu and explained the process and story behind each drink, we learned so much about cocktails! Definitely coming back here again.
