This location is clearly on the verge of bankruptcy. It’s dark and dirty inside. The place is long overdue for a refresh. There was one kid working by himself on a busy Friday night. I felt bad for him. He was doing all he could to try and keep up. He’s clearly a hard worker but you can tell the owner doesn’t care. If he did he’d have more staff working and the place would be cleaned up. Kid you don’t need that kind of stress for minimum wage, there’s lots of places out there better run where you’ll be given respect. The owner really needs to get serious if he wants this place to survive or sell it to someone who does care.

Worst taco time meal ever, lettuce tasted horrible, some of it discolored. Mexi fries were soggy and greasy. Never eating here again, warning all my friends to stay away from this location.

The food was really stale and bland. It’s really dark in there. Not worth 30$. Chicken burrito tasted disgusting. The cinnamon chip things don’t have lots of taste to them. The only person working there was friendly and kind. Bar burrito or mucho burrito is way better. Very small portions too. Quite disappointed

Wifi down only acceptsCash. Cost me an $3.50 to get cash out of their ATM for lunch. No compensation not even a free soft drink.

Kids love the tots, and it has been a few months since they gave us rock-hard chicken nuggets, yellow/brown guacamole, and didn't change gloves or wash hands through the entire process, so thought we would give them another chance before reviewing. The nuggets are now strips and were edible. However, the cook did EVERYTHING with 1 pair of sweaty gloves on again. Working the computer, window, fryer, fresh produce.. literally everything. This will unfortunately be the last time we eat at this location unless they get new management or training on food safety and cross-contamination. The 2 stars is only because the kids liked their tots and strips were not overdone.

We were the only customers in the store, not busy at all. Ordered sour cream with our meal but they forgot it. Went back to ask for it, but they didn't believe we had ordered it until we found the receipt to prove it to them, do they provided it reluctantly. They charge extra for more than one hot sauce. They seem quite stingy with any extras. Food was decent quality. I have been to better Taco Time restaurants.

Yeah, I'm not sure how they are still in business. Unable to make half of their menu due to lack of equipment, seems like their wifi is always down, forcing you to pay with cash. Their pop machine is gross, poured a 7up and little bits of what looked like plastic kept coming out. Not to mention the ice didn't work, which was needed because the machine was pouring out room temp drinks.The food was still good, not amazing but good. The Okotoks location is much better if you are willing to drive an extra 10 minutes.

Terrible service. I’ve worked fast food and know the challenges but I have never seen an employee so apathetic. I went in just after 12 today and waited 20 minutes without being helped. Left empty handed after ringing the bell 5+ times! Have stopped here many times before and never had issues, will not be back.
