“Sorry This Was Main Street Dairy Queen”Ordered a meal deal with onion rings .. first time I ever had uncooked onion rings , the batter oozed out when I took a bite , disgusting, the chicken fingers were so small for the price , after showing the person on duty she ordered me a fresh batch and she told them to cook a bit extra .. the order I waited for 10 minutes while they were just chatting and laughing standing around until I said I am waiting for my order .. then the young girl tells me they are putting them down now when someone says oh here’s the order .. they were sitting there getting cold while they chatted ..mean time my granddaughter is getting my Sundae I heard her ask if they could put some more chocolate on it .. the older lady was told to not put much on it is what I believe I heard and we left totally disappointed in food and service we took a picture of the sundae to show how much your restaurant lowered its standardsVery disappointed with our food .. i through the onion rings out

I would have given this place 4 stars but my food was delivered to the wrong table and then I had to ask them to remake as it was all cold and was excellent afterwards. Dora should be given a raise for what she does there..

Had my first experience at this location recently. The entire team was involved in providing top notch service. I had DQ cake and it was very tasty.

Waited for 5 mins for the car ahead to get service. They moved head in line. We sat for 10 mins in a drive thru without a word from the speaker like Will be right with you" The car that was ahead of us backed out and left without their order. We just left and went to Main Street. Much better there for service. I'll just skip this location from now on.Edit: Had to stop in to feed teenagers. Different service crew working the drive thru. Wasn't as bad but still not the fastest as the restaurant side didn't seem busy at all."

Went mostly out of nostalgia, food wasn't that great, prices have gone up while portions are smaller. Food didn't really seem freshly made. IMHO, not worth the price.Probably still a good place to get a cold treat though, I didn't look at that menu as I had gone for lunch. For the price they charge, you could go get a sit down meal at a real restaurant nearby.

Exceptional service - Dora and Sara helped us with custom cake. They went above and beyond by making it happen in very short time frame. I’ve tried other DQ’s but no luck at other locations. Thanks folks, you guys are the best!!

Food just wasn't great. 2 adult meals, 2 kids meals. Chicken was dry, chips were cold almost as soon as I got to the car. I don't expect gourmet level cuisine from a fast food place but they are not exactly cheap anymore so hot, fresh and edible should be a minimum expectation. I can't say anything about the atmosphere in the dining area I just use the drive through the food is always good and it's always the Wright stuff you order nothing missing in your order.
