What a great experience for us with purchasing our first ever wake boat. We took delivery of our new Supra SE550. Jesse was so great to deal with and made what could have been a stressful experience, a welcoming one. He answered multiple calls/texts at any hour of the day, was extremely accommodating and helped us understand what we were buying. He adapted last minute and was able to finalize everything in order to take the boat home 2 days earlier then the original plan. He gave us a very detailed walk through of the boat and showed us how to set up the boat for surfing. Was looking at buying a new boat had my son look up what we wanted and seen lake house marine had the type of boat we wanted. When we got there we were treated with excellent customer service the boat we wanted was in the showroom looked at this one and was asked if we wanted to look at any other boats. We looked and decided on the first boat. Tess our sales lady was so fantastic to deal with. All the staff we dealt with were great.
