Worst service ever!! The server makeh was so rude. Took wrong order forgot my sisters order . We got there 10.30 on google it days they close at 11.30 but she said we can't dine in as they closing at 11 and all the stoves are closed. Worst popeyes I have ever been to . You guys may aswell close the door if you don't want to help anyone and serve to customers!!!! When my sister went there 30mins later for her food she said oh I'm sorry we forgot to make your order and didn't even offer a refund my boyfriend had asked for a refund than she gave it.

Ordered 3 today's special (Tuesday), meat parts were dark black, oily and burned. I never had such worst chicken from other Popeyes branches like this. This is the worst Popeye's ever.

Ordered two Cajun chicken sandwich combos through Uber eats. The delivery was fine but when I opened the bags, both sandwiches had meat that barely covered half the buns. Also ordered a bottle of Coke and got a bottle of Diet Coke. Extremely dissapointed. Feel ripped off.

I ordered the chicken ghost pepper sandwich. The sandwich was just a small piece of chicken that was covered with a lot batter. It had a huge amount of sauce and bun, there was No pickles or any thing else. I was very disappointed and don’t think I will be visiting this location again.

Came here with 2 kids and realized I forgot my wallet after I put in my order. Staff offered to cover the food when they saw how disappointed the kids were. Luckily I was able to add a card to Apple Pay and did not have to take them up on their generous offer. This kind of customer service in 2022 is extremely unusual. Bravo. Will come back here whenever I am craving fried chicken.Location is also very large and some of the tables have outlets with USB ports. Very inviting.

I bought 5peace Tender combo last night for my kids I don’t know the oil was not good or some body sick they workers after my kids eat the food.they are getting sick Vomiting ,fever Sore throat ? My kids was healthy .why I bought food from this popeyes. One time the chicken comes blood I say it’s okay but this time makes my kids sick.very bad costumer service

Went here and customer service is the worst. The Chicken was so Dry and Hard, far from freshly cooked. I ordered it online and had to return it because it is the second time it happened. the first time was same case but we let it pass. When I ask for refund they said I can't get my refund and keep on offering me more chicken instead. The service crew called manager and was very rude, didn't even apologize and talks like we are at fault. Very Rude! the guy at the place end up refunding us cash. Never coming back to this place.

The food was way too salty to the point I wasn’t even able to eat it. I also got only leg and thigh when I asked specifically for mixed. Then when I tried to call them they wouldn’t answer the phone.
