I've been using Trudel Excavation for three years now as a subcontractor for my renovation company. The service has been consistently phenomenal and their communication is excellent. Delays happen in this industry but they have always done their best to accommodate my ever changing schedule.

We have now used the services of Trudel Excavation on three separate occasions. They have always been very responsive and professional in our dealings with them. They are hard-working, very service-oriented and they charge a fair price. On-site they seek our input and willingly adjust to everything we ask for. We highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

Our clients were unfortunately left with sub par work by a previous company that caused significant delays on the project in a time when delays are already so frequent. I recently had some work done by Trudel Excavation and I am extremely pleased with the service I received from them. From the quote to the actual work, they were extremely professional with excellent communication. I had to get an area levelled with crushed stone put into place and the work was perfectly done. Claude took on a job no one else wanted. We installed a pool on a very tight lot in Stittsville. Claude came to our house 3 times to confirm and make suggestions for our excavation. We are very happy we took his suggestions. His employees come on site when they say they would, kept the site clean and are extremely respectful of our property and our neighbours property too. They swept both driveways clean . They took all their water bottles and garbage every day. Not like some of the other trades we've had on site. Claude and his employees take great pride in the work they do. Our little neighbours came to see the diggers at work. They were on a break at the time but when they saw the kids they hopped right on the excavator to show the kids. We found a few boulders on site . The workmen were only too happy to deliver to a few neighbours close by. When the work was done Claude drove across town on the Saturday morning to have a chat, check the site and make sure we were happy. And we are!

We called the Trudel team to remove our existing/old driveway and re-level the entire area with earth with grass seed so we could have a bigger and continuous backyard area. The work and the results were fantastic - we have a great backyard now and the grass came in extremely well. We were really impressed by the results as well as by the professionalism and respectful/friendly attitude of the workers. I would not hesitate to call them again and a pleasure to deal with a company you can trust to this degree. Also appreciated the advance advice and quote (which was exactly the final price) and altogether great communication all around, including with the office staff by e-mail to confirm timings, payment, etc.
