Close to Kitchener Market, but expensive rates. Better options near by.The stairwell was a mess with garbage and human waste. Felt like a biohazard to walk through.

It used to be free on market day, then they changed it and it wasn't posted, so we got stiffed with a $20 fee.

They have the 2nd floor blocked off for construction parking. Not labeled very well. Then If you go there by accident there is no way to get back down. Staff was very rude to another customer for their mistake. Park elsewhere If you can.

This place is pretty horrible.There's routinely pee and vomit in the stair wells. Homeless people sleeping inside. And I can't count the number of car break-ins they've had. There are no cameras and their security doesn't care.And when it's really cold outside the ramp heater doesn't seem to keep up so it gets icy and no one can get in.
