These people are absolutely fabulous I've been going to them for years for my Christmas letter and for any other printing needs for my business and they are quick they're accurate they're friendly and they have a lot of patience with a non-technical person like myself.

Change of ownership has turned this shop into the best and most fair in town. The joy as they work is infectious and the care they show a great asset. Best printing partner for my many printing needs.

**update2017** SML has been taken over, and is being operated by the next door print shop.**Great place for small business printing needs! The team delivers better than expected results. Good pricing, always on time (or ahead of schedule), friendly and helpful staff. SML is a great printing resource for us.

I own an Interior Design Company here in Vancouver. I always print here. So friendly, great prices and will print things for you to pick up if you email them. 100% recommended!

These guys were much more competitive than Staples or Kinkos and got me a good quality brochure very quickly and professionally. Would recommend them. They also did some extra desktop publishing work on the file for a very minimal cost.

I don't understand the negativity in the existing reviews here. The staffer working here helped me work out how to print a file I had, did it fairly expeditiously despite an equipment failure, and didn't tack on any hidden charges".The posters turned out great

Amazing customer service... the manager is so kind, and good looking too! Absolutely love interacting with him, he honestly helps me with everything (print related), I always go to him for printing business cards or flyers, and honestly he has helped my downtown law firm amazingly! I fly frequently between Toronto and Vancouver and even in Toronto, I don't find anywhere as great as SML! Love this store to bits

Terrible is all I can say. I went in 2 days before I needed the books printed. I was told they would be ready Friday at 10:30. I rolled in at 11:30....not done. Was told to come back in an hour and they would be done for sure, an hour later, still not done, printed but had to be bound. Just a few minutes I am told. Well, a few minutes is an hour. Then, when they are bound, they did the binding in a coil bind, I wanted the comb bind. OH, he says. He priced it at the coil bind because it was so much better. Well, they aren't. In fact, they are terrible. Plus, I had to get my wife to sit done with a pair of pliers and bend all the ends in so they wouldn't unwind. I will never use this place again and I recommend using one of the other many many places in the same area which I am sure will give you much better service than I got. $415 for 32 books and crappy service....not worth it at all!!!!

What a rude Owner, be careful when you come here for printing. My today experience is I get Michael to print business card for 4 clients, and being reported some business cards (not all) from 2 clients has been mixed up (back and front). I guess it is normal to ask for reprint the around qty (not the whole job) when found to be mistakes, so I grab the card and asked Michael to reprint (not refund). Then Michael ask me to count how many cards there need to be reprinted, it comes out 8 cards/ person roughly, since customer just random checking. He said I have provided 108 cards to you (I ordered 100 pcs), so he will not reprint this, and will reprint it if more than 8 cards. First of all, who know you have printed more to customer, and no one has counted it when receiving. But now he claimed he have given me 108 pcs when there is a problem, so there is no reprint if less than 8 pcs. I believe it is reasonable to have reprint the same qty when some card print wrong. Firstly,he declined and said it is no possible to make a mistakes until I shown the card.. so don't come here for printing, he is nice when no problem, but he will shout you out and rip off your job if there is a problem. BE CAREFUL! Mistakes is acceptable, but bad attitude and rude customer service is totally unacceptable.

This is the best copy/print place ! They beat on any prices, and staff/owner is always so helpful and friendly. I tried other printing places near by on W Broadway, they either charge more or not so friendly customer service! Highly highly recommend this Small Print&Copy Center!!!
