Found lost dog last Sunday.They pick him up gave him medical attention and put him up for adoption.I called almost everyday to ask about his progress and each time they where helpful, kind and answered all my question and concerns.They truly are a GEM in the community

Best place! very polite and professional. For adoption, we got our cat here and she came down with a cold within days of adoption, the service was free of charge including checkup and medication. We also had our dog spayed here with their sterilization program, all comunication and services were amazing always issue free and on top they are super helpfull. A five star rating doesn't suffice for the work they do.

It's our first day home together.Many roads to travel and much trust to build.Thank you for the gift of Radar, for the heartbreaking sacrifice of his original owner to the professionalism and patience of Laura who gave us tons of advice.So far he's enjoying country life.

I left with disappointment. Most of the staff seems nice but me and my partner were greeted very rudely when we came in. We walked in, took notice of the cat food and toys for sale so we walked toward it. My partner recently adopted a cat from an SPCA in the US and brought her here to get adjusted to his flat during the school year; we were looking for more cat toys for her. As we walked in, we were immediately screamed at by a woman with short hair “WHERE ARE YOU GOING? YOU CANT JUST WALK IN HERE” she asked if we were going to adopt, so I said no and if we could look at the cat items and the staff member replied “ok yes” I did not appreciate being yelled at for looking at the things for sale which she confirmed was fine to do. It was just so unnecessary. The next two people who walked in after us did the same (walking straight to the things for sale) and they were not lectured as much as we were. We ended up still buying a cat toy and after we paid, the same woman who yelled at us didn’t even give us the toys we ad just paid for and we had to ask for them back as we walked out AFTER ALREADY PAYING. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because the Instagram is doing great in advertising their animals and the rest of the staff seem nice

I could not be happier with the luck I got rescuing this little Guinea pig. It has been a little over 3 months and I love him more each day. He is healthy and happy with his two brothers from other mothers.Again thanks to Francois and Anne in the adoption process.I changed his name from Mister Beast to Theodore but someday he is still Mr. Beast!
