1st order a few years ago, they sent me baretools without protection in a package and they got damaged...they wanted a restocking fee to return them...what a joke!...Now, 2nd order...they cancel orders without notice or explanation....

I live in Toronto and found a sweet deal on a tool on Squares website. I hadn’t heard about this place so I checked out the reviews. I also found a bunch of other stuff I needed on their website, way cheaper than what I normally pay, so I took the risk and bought a few things. There was a small question about my order and the staff sent me an email. I asked a few questions to clarify and the staff member realized they didn’t have my answers, so they passed my info off to someone in the store that did. I got a phone call a few hours later with a really informative and capable customer service person and my order was shipped out that day. It only took about 24 hours to get to my door in Toronto. The items I purchased are in brand new condition and just what I needed. I’d buy here again and will be telling my friends about the free shipping.

Overall, nice tool store to get quality brand name tools. Their prices are competitive and selection is fairly broad. A little more staff on the floor to help customers would nice nice, but I realize it’s hard to find people these days too..
