I don’t consider myself lucky but I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Amanda Fiander as my neurologist. I can’t say enough good things about her. It’s difficult to access care in Nova Scotia, especially the kind that makes you leave feeling things will get better. She has listened and validated me every time I have been in her office. She’s realistic and to the point but I appreciate that and believe she would go above and beyond to help all of her patients. She does not push medications as a sole solution - if you are someone looking for answers/understanding of what is happening to you medically, you know how important this.

Amazing staff. Such a great experience as the bedside manner is beyond reproach. You are the going concern at this clinic. Not a second class citizen with no letters after your name. Count yourself blessed if you get to experience this place.

I have no words to thank Dr. Clarke and his crew. Nurses, other neurologists, reception.They treat me like a REAL PERSON. Calm me down when I'm a hot mess.I will never be able to thank him enough
