Very happy with the service I have received from this company. Maria McCreadie looked after me and was very helpful while I was going through my insurance claim with Aviva. She kept checking in on me few times a week to ensure I am ok and my claim is in progress. When I was struggling getting through to my adjuster, she reached out to them as well and gave me general claims phone number so I could talk to another adjuster. Once my claim was settled and I got m new car, Maria was very quick to get me new quote and provide me with the Insurance letter I needed in order to be able to pick up my new car from the dealership. Can't thank her enough for her warmth and care during this difficult time!

May 2023. My auto insurance was about to be renewed in less than 24 h. I was unhappy with the ever increasing premium charged by my now previous insurer (15% increase for the upcoming year on account of inflation and population growth"). Called RH insurance where Amith Patil thoroughly and very efficiently reviewed and explained the different coverages and insurer options. Morgan helped us with our new car's insurance and home insurance. We were offered with a much higher pricing from TD for our new car and even we have been with TD for a long time and have all sorts of 'discount' included, the pricing does not make any sense to us. We reached out to Morgan and Morgan was able to quickly help us find auto insurance with a different insurance company that is much cheaper and offers almost the same coverage as what TD offers. Even better, the home insurance pricing Morgan find us is also lower than TD and coverage is better.So based on my experience, I would highly recommend anyone reaching out to RH insurance and talk to a broker and get the best pricing for your auto and home insurance. The process is quick and easy and you probably will get better pricing with the help of a broker.
