Henry came out to prepare my quote and was the person I dealt with through the whole experience. I found him to be friendly, extremely professional, responsive, and showing a high level of integrity. He consistently responded to any inquiries the same business day I sent them, or next business day when I sent them after hours. I felt that he answered all of my questions honestly and he never attempted to upsell me. When I purchased a higher grade product, it was because I trusted his expertise in recommending it. As evidence of their integrity, my initial meeting was just to obtain a budgetary estimate, and I said that I understood with current inflation that the price might go up by the time I actually booked. The quote expired 30 days after I received it, and it was five months later when I wrote to Henry to ask for an update on the quote. Even though the quote had expired so there was nothing binding the company to that, and I had said outright that I understood that the price might go up, which to any profit-oriented business would be an opportunity to increase the price, Henry confirmed the same pricing he had given to me initially, and that was the same amount I was invoiced for when the work was complete. The work was completed on schedule and looks great.

It was time for a new roof so I did lots of research and got several quotes. Chuck was fantastic and gave me quotes for 2 options. He brought me samples and that made my decision easier. The crew was amazing and efficient. No loud music, not one swear word or argument. They cleaned up and one guy even took the time to scoop sand out of my eavestrough! I asked Chuck if they could do my shed and they did. The price quoted is exactly what I paid. I keep receiving compliments on the roof and on the crew. I chose a metal roof from Wiseline Metals in Tillsonburg. I am happy that I was able to support local businesses. Metal is quiet, it doesn't interfere with wifi, birds and critters don't wander around on it like they do shingles. The warranties for Wiseline and WJ are excellent. Will is the owner and I took the time to meet him. I can see why the business is successful, he is very nice and from what I observed, his employees enjoy working with him.

Our sales rep Kevin was very thorough in his assessment, explained the entire process, the quote was reasonable & very accurate. When our existing roof started to leak, Kevin/WJ Roofing prioritized our project time frame so the roof could be replaced months earlier originally expected - talk about going above & beyond! The roofing team was professional - polite, hardworking and very efficient. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day and the yard was spotless at the end of the project.
