Absolutely shocked in the service I just experienced. I was emailed and offer to sell my 2 year old Ford and upgrade to a 2023. Salesperson Colin talked me into leasing a car. I ended up in hospital on Monday. While the finance manager was doing approvals I asked if my current warranties would carry over. He explained I had to contact the original dealership. I told them on Friday after I got out of hospital that this deal wasn’t worth it. Today I went to get my $500 deposit back and Grant the sales manager refused to give it back. As he had to calculate how much time his employees put in on a deal that was never finalized. I will NEVER GO BACK. I sat and waited til he finally had the sales person give the refund. I will be contacting head office on Monday. I never purchased this car even though he kept saying I did. Do not go to Grimsby Ford

I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. Brent and the rest of the team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to my car. He was not pushy at all and made the whole process very easy and stress-free.The turn around time for my service was incredibly fast, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice selection of cars available at the dealership. Overall, I was very impressed.

Have bought three vehicles now from grimsby Ford, every transaction is easy and friendly I drive about 2.5 hours to buy vehicles from Chad and his team at grimsby Ford. All three vehicles have been bought with the help of Clint Heidman he's a very helpful and friendly salesman made each trade in and pickup of new vehicle quick and easy. First contact was through Auto Trader, and Marlene responded pretty quickly, the day I went to the dealership Marlene couldn't make it, but she had arranged for another salesperson to meet up with me. Colin did a great job showing me the trucks I was interested in, and toke his time with me, no pressure. The day that I picked up the truck I had the pleasure to meet both Marlene and Colin and they where again a pleasure to work with. From start to finish I had a horrible experience. The whole outfit is full of rude people that don’t care about customer satisfaction. I had the worst experience when dealing with Marlene. We had a deal in place and promises were broken and it was problem after problem. She did not have my best interest and neither did both managers. There is many things I could say but I won’t. I advise anyone to stay clear of this dealership.
