Store is clean .. staff was *meh* .. the guy at FedEx counter was new *NOT* problem ... the person there to help him was not very polite .. not very personable .. seemed *annoyed* ...

I don't believe I will ever use Fed Ex. They are KNOWLINGLY going to deliver two parcels that were purchased fraudulently with a stolen credit card. I have ALL info required EXCEPT the delivery address where the crooks are having the parcels sent. I have a police report and everything but Fed Ex is still going to deliver the goods.

Fedex as a whole has terrible customer service. I would describe their customer service as frustrating and ineffective.
