Stand by the products they sell. The toner cartridge I bought from them was malfunctioning--misprinting periodically. They replaced it without any argument. Nice to deal with and understand customer service after the sale.

Amazing service, and exceptional prices! Rocky, Scott, and Amy are always knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful, they are very experienced when it comes to anything printer related. I run a small local computer repair business and they donate most of their old printers and such that are not working for an e-waste collection I run to help local animal advocacy organizations. I always refer customers, family and friends to them and will do so for as long as they are in business, hopefully for years to come! :)
