5 star service from Jacky D & much appreciation for the rest of the team that looked over my vehicle and ensured I was up to date on any recalls/safety warnings. Jacky kept me in the loop and sent me detailed info before just charging me for work(like some places have) & gave me a no pressure, itemized list with some things I’ll need done in the future. Best part was, he had me in and out of there in no time. Thankful for such wonderful people like you guys!

Last week I brought my vehicle here for an oil change and to switch my winter tires over. All of the work was completed in a timely manner, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for better service! I will continue to have my car serviced here for any work that I need, what a great little neighbourhood dealership!

Very informative before I bought a car. It was my first standard car. Everyone was friendly of course but what stood out was the driving lesson Matt gave me when I picked up my car. The sale had been made already and I was fully expecting to nervously figure out how to get my car home, Matt got me comfortable with it and spent a good bit of time making sure, totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Thanks Matt! Great dealership to deal with.

Asked for $140 for cabin air and engine air filter replacement, parts extra. They will not replace engine air filter only…I bought both filters from them, quite expensive compared to Canadian Tire...Updates:The general manager responded to my review and asked me to call him back to discuss. I am glad the current management of Wheaton Honda do listen to customer, so I raised the my view from 2 stars to 3 stars....I did not go to Wheaton Honda West for any service before, I just called once and got the quote. So this maybe an individual or one time case, which does not necessary to reflect their overall service level. Please use your discretion or communicate with the service team or management if you have any concern during your visit.

Jim was fantastic to work with. He took the time to listen to us and what we were looking for. We never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision, instead we felt that he wanted to help us do what was best for our family. We will definitely be back to Honda West because of our experience with Jim.

Our family has purchased 7 vehicles from Honda West over the years. The most recent experience was particularly great. Gerald Tsang made our experience an outstanding one. He was knowledgeable, low-key, patient and helpful, without being aggressive. We will continue to use Gerald and Honda West for future purchases, and continue to use the service department for our vehicles.Gerald has contacted us to offer and arrange appointments to learn about the incredible features of our new CRV. We're attending those and we really appreciate his efforts.

They tried to get me approved for a certified pre owned. I gave two salesmen/ women my short credit history at the time. Based on their knowledge they said “I can get you approved most likely” Knowing it would hurt my credit they still tried after 4+ attempts. This led to many hard inquiries on my credit score and won’t go away until 6 years. At the least they could have waited two or more weeks to try again but they did it all on the same day which is worse. I understand they were doing their best to get me approved but seriously to young person not knowing this . They could have gave better advice to not keep trying because it could hurt me later. Now I have it mentioned every single time I apply for something. Another dealer easily got me approved less than a year later luckily. Not knowledgeable in terms of what’s best for the customer and seems like only priority is to get the sale I felt the pressure the whole time. Getting my deposit back was near impossible . Waited two months still nothing so I had to get in direct contact with the guy nonstop to get him to give me my deposit back. Will recommend trying other Honda dealers might get better treatment there. Only positive note to mention was the car was very clean and ready to test drive the day I came to view it.

We had a very pleasant experience at Wheaton HONDA West during our recent search for a car to replace our aging SUV. The sales associate (Gerald) displayed great knowledge of the products and went above and beyond trying to match our preferences with available vehicles. Based on our experience, we shall definitely consider Wheaton Honda West for our future automobile needs.
