Shells were dry and falling apart on are crunch wrap... Lady that took my order didn't understand what I wanted and had re do the order 3 times... Overall pretty horrible, not impressed

Typical taco bell and KFC, food is average as you'd expect. Problem is the dining room is always dirty, we only go maybe 2 or 3 times a year and it's always like this lol. I've noticed drive-thru has been closed recently as well, not very convenient.

Took 15 minutes to go through the drive thru, with only 2 cars in front of me. Then they have the gall to make you go through the tip options when paying at the window. To top it off, I got less tacos than I paid for!

I gave up on this place. 4 tacos costs $13 and contain almost no beef now, straight up just shells with lettuce in them. You can easily drop $20 and feel like you never ate anything. Employees are always new and always miss parts of your order.

The food is good but the service is very bad. I was standing rhwrw for at least 8 minutes with a kinds of workers looking at me and not serving me, I ended up leaving and going to Popeyes chicken instead because of the terrible service.

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple years. During COVID, they clearly had staffing issues with inconsistent hours and slow service. We understood. But now it appears fully staffed but the service is still extremely slow. Thought we'd try again but the food is poor now too. It looks like it was prepared very lazily or half-hearted, with little to no meat in it.Plus, there's now a tip option -- for the drive thru. I'm hard-pressed to tip at a fast food joint, but if I was going to, it wouldn't be here.Too bad it's the only taco bell in the city.

If you want to eat can cat food that is the place. Not real meat and nothing in it. I go to exchange for a other and same cheap thing. Real taco place are less expensive and give way more for your money . I really wonder how they did to become a restaurant chain with this"."
