Napoleon generally makes nice products, but the issue in my experience is with their customer service. Recently purchased a fire table with mfg defects and their solution was for me to become the mechanic for them to disassemble and repair a brand new item (as opposed to replacing the faulty mechanism as a whole). I certainly do not want to start repairs on a brand new out-of-the-box 1K+ item. Their poor customer service philosophy and somewhat defiant attitude meant I returned their item to them and will not purchase anything else from Napoleon. So as long as you don't require any customer service...

Great, friendly place. You can't buy anything here or pick up parts. That's normally done at the North end facilities.

They will not answer the phone to provide customer service. We have not been able to use the fireplace we purchased as it was defective from day one. No one will respond to our messages to send out a technician. We are now 5 months into the warranty period and haven't been able to use it. A lesson learned about supporting local business. Will never purchase anything from them again. We wish we could give a negative rating.
