Doors are high quality. Service and attention to detail very poor. Picked up a set of frameless glass doors. The doors were well packed (which I paid an extra $225.00 ) for.When picking up the doors, the warehouse crew initially did not want to help in the loading of the crate.There were numerous hardware parts missing which eventually was resolved with a seperate trip. There are no instructions on the installation of the handles which are still loose and flopping. Overall as I said, doors are of high quality but service is very poor. One wood expect a higher level on doors that cost in excess of $4000.00

The after service of the company is horrible. Purchased glass doors (almost $5k) separating sunroom and dining room. It was one of the higher quote but decided to go with them because larger company more reliable. Was i wrong it took over 5 months to have door installed (due to shipping delay) and less than 9 months after it was installed one of the glass door derailed and I thought it was under warranty since I paid a premium for the doors. I was told it would cost me $250 for them to put it back on tracked or they could ship me parts so I could do it myself with instructions (this is a 8’ high glass door). A large purchase like this should have at least 1 year of warranty. So I’ve called company to see if they could reduce the cost and i have yet to hear back from them.Update: the sliding door company reached out and rectify the issue and I was not charged.

I recently purchased some custome made sliding doors and a piece of glass to convert a den room into a bedroom. I found them online and trusted other customer reviews in my decision to move forward with them. I was really impressed with their product, service, and attention to details. The owner made a trip to come to my place to take the necessary measurements and offered some recommendations on how the product should be designed and he did a great job. The project was installed today, in the delay that was mentioned in my first visit in July. The installers were super friendly and very professional. In sum, I am extremely happy with the end product. My place looks super nice and I would highly recommend Sliding Doors.

My requirement was to have an aluminum low profile frame and frosted glass. Frame was to match the window frames of the house and glass would compliment the oversized window glasses throughout the modern built home. At first I thought the price quoted was high but I knew they will be of high quality. Long story short, I went with it and upon receiving the doors, I was pleasantly surprised with their quality. They have 100% of our money. We do not have our doors.We ordering in February, they stated it would take 12 weeks. In July the doors finally arrived (so they were off by at least 50%). The service man showed up for the install and LEFT with the project UNFINISHED. We have emailed the company multiple times for a status and they have not responded. We have already paid in full as they required it before the installation.

We had a great experience with the sliding door company. From start to finish, they kept us informed and the installers were excellent. We wanted to match a room divider that was on our second floor, and they helped us get the perfect match. Thanks!

The Sliding Door Company was recommended to us after seeing a friend's installation in their condo and us having a similar layout.We called and provided measurements / pictures before going to the showroom and settling on the model and design. Next, we obtained the quote and had the onsite visit where their staff took professional measurements and talked us through any considerations we should be aware of (like cutting the baseboard so the door would be flush to the wall).The quote was updated with the professional measurements and everything was electronically signed with little to no actual paperwork required.While there was a slight delay in the installation due to supply chain issues of the time, the installation was done quickly and professionally and now my daughter is LOVING having an actual door to her room and we've increased the resale value of our condo well beyond the cost of the door.Would highly recommend them to anyone, but avoid the following:- Only purchasing part of their service / parts and expecting perfection.- Thinking you can (or should) order a $2,000+ item online without physically kicking the tires"."

We found The Sliding Door Company online, and decided to work with them. They were very kindly to us. We are happy with our entryway cupboard doors. We loved them. Doors are high quality and solid. It has changed beautifully our entryway. We also appreciated the installers as well. They were professional and friendly.Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst company to deal with - stay far far away - They will quote you a product, in my case, a sliding barn door apparatus, that is incapable of holding the weight of the glass just to make a sale. Then once the door is installed, it does not work. They refuse to service it. They jerk me around for a month asking for pictures and videos without taking any action. Then they take the position that the warranty is only for 90 days. Then they change their position to warranty is not applicable".So now

I am a happy customer. The difference these doors make is unbelievable. I really love them and not only do they look amazing, they are heavy duty, solid doors. They are worth the money especially since it's custom fit to any space. I did a good year's research before finally deciding on Sliding Door Co. & I'm happy I went with them! The installers were also very professional and friendly. They were careful to not scratch the floors or ding any walls. They made sure everything fit nicely by cutting excess material (sliding track and post at one end) and was functioning perfectly. See photos for their work...I highly recommend!!
