Very poor sales rep, tried to sell me a 9yr old logging grapple for this yrs price. Rusted cable, scratched a d wouldn't not drop a penny, or try to make a sale, very poor public relations. I was going to purchase a logging trailer. Not from them. Never to return

I own a Hakki firewood processor. Very, very poor customer service. Not able to buy parts easly. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealer!
