We stopped in looking for some flowers for our wedding reception and it was pretty last minute. The lady working there was extremely helpful and had no problem helping us pick out what we wanted and getting it done quickly. She was short staffed that day and had some own issues going on but she didn’t hesitate to help us out at all. Would definitely recommend this place!

Dropped in unplanned, to buy a bouquet for my mom's 50th birthday from her tech-challenged faraway friend. Terri was incredibly friendly, and immediately did up a beautiful custom arrangement on the spot. Out the door in 15 minutes, with a bright and cheerful floral arrangement that made my mom tear up.I don't know about the delivery service, but for a no-notice on-the-spot arrangement, this is an excellent floral design shop to go to.

Difficulty to order online as cities are restricted. Called the flower shop and the lady indicated to choose the nearest city and to add the exact address in the additional instructions upon check out, and she informed me of a delivery surcharge, which I was totally fine with.The day of the delivery, I wanted to know around what time flowers would be delivered so I tried calling the shop 6 times and got NO answer at all. They ended up delivering late during the day, which is ok considering I didn't ask for a specific time. Would’ve appreciated at least an answer though…Afterwards, realized that the charge I was billed for didn't match the invoice (which is totally OK as I was aware of the delivery surcharge which would be applied AFTER checkout). Called the flower shop to get an updated invoice, briefly spoke to the same lady who told me to call her back as she was finishing up and order with a client over the phone. Afterwards, I had to call 9 times, leave 4 voicemail and send 4 email within over a week and a half just to get an updated invoice.Flowers and all (balloons, chocolate, stuffed animal) were beautiful, but the customer service, not so much. LOT of room for improvement.

Warmly welcomed and attended to in store. Beautiful vase of flowers delivered reliably on time for my wife who was delighted. Great job!

only rating one star so i can make the review. worst customer service i’ve ever received, and i’ve been on hold with canada post (haha). super condescending, do not care for common courtesy, etc. ordered delivery a week in advance only for it not to be delivered, no one called, and both times i called, the woman on the phone treated me like a child. halifax’s floral business is too small for your customer service to put this bad of a feeling in my stomach, do better. i would rather a bouquet of dandelions than to be treated this horribly again.

I've bought many pieces from TLYORKE Floral Design along with assorted crystals, incense and house plants. My daughter's wedding flowers,and my sisters funeral pieces also were done at TLYORKE Floral Design. I've always been extremely pleased as the extra personal touch was always inputted into each and every piece . Thank you for your service and always being there .

currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for the corsage and boutonnière for my prom. an hour and a half late and counting. we ordered this two weeks ago it is completely unacceptable. it’s not even the right boutonnière. if you couldn’t complete the order maybe tell us instead of making multiple people miss their high school prom. i would go to literally ANY other florist except this business. i’m genuinely appalled this has ruined my prom.
