we hired them to paint our home in December. there were 5 people that came. our house is only a year old so the floors and carpets are new. they started sanding and painting without drop sheets. after asking them to use drop sheets they spoke in their own language and looked visibly annoyed that I had requested they use drop sheets. they didn’t prep the walls properly, didn’t come prepared to clean up after themselves and dropped paint on my new carpet in multiple different spots. they used my vacuum to clean up and ended up breaking it. after they had finished, they didn’t give us an opportunity to inspect the house before they left. when we discovered the paint on the carpets we immediately called and sent pictures and the owner said he would send someone by to clean it. after weeks of ignored messages from us he texted to say the paint wasn’t that visible and that i didn’t appreciate “all the effort” they put in to paint my house - which we did pay them for. he was rude and unprofessional and is now ignoring messages. i would not recommend getting them to do any jobs for you because if they make a mistake, they will not take responsibility.
