I have two older vehicles and they have been at this location a few times (including very recently) for items like brakes, exhaust systems, new tires etc. I have to say that I have always been very impressed by the service (thanks Kevin & team!), how professional the folks are, the reasonable pricing and great advice. They never try to oversell, unlike some other garages, and will even tell you no

I showed up on a Friday at 4:45 (15 minutes before closing time) because the skid plate on my car was lose following a snow storm. The technicians took my car straight away to have a look at it and were able to remove the skid plate. They took their time to do this and didn't charge me a thing. I really appreciate it and thank you so much!

Excellent service both times I have been. Today I needed inner tubes in wheels off a log splitter. They did the job in time for me to return and pick up the wheels after other shopping. This saved me driving 31km home and back. At today’s gas prices that’s more than just a waste of time. Also very reasonable bill for tubes and work.

Went in for a wheel alignment. After 2 tries, steering wheel was off center and car drifted a bit. Kevin went out of his way to book me at the Clyde location at no additional cost, and had his equipment recalibrated. Clyde location adjusted the toe a bit and steering was centered and car doesn't drift anymore.To Kevin: I tried to call back to report that all went well but phone lines were busy. Thanks for all the help.

Norm, the manager was awesome, he helped me get coverage on my tires that were supposedly not covered. One sidewall blowout in my driveway, and two other on the way to failure. He and I called the manufacturer, and we finally got not a great solution, but an acceptable one given the supply chain issues. Norm, Kevin, and Moe are friendly and will be glad to help. I had an oil change, wheel alignment, and new tires installed on two cars. Highly recommended.
