I've been a client of Crystal Nails for a few years now. They provide amazing service! Always accomodating, even with last minute or walkin appointments. The service is fulsome and I always walk away feeling great!The staff are engaging, funny, and caring.

I had my first new set of nails here cuz I never had it before. My friend recommended this nail salon but I was disappointed that they have favouritism which is, they are treating the regular customer and the new customer differently. I booked an appointment at 3pm and maybe at the same time the other lady. So the other lady went first then I waited 20 more mins, which i am supposed to be 3pm. I do like the nails but service is not really good so I would never come back to this nail salon.

Best set of nails I’ve ever had! They’re still on over a month later and they did exactly what I asked. Some of the girls weren’t as experienced and needed more direction but I really appreciated getting exactly what I wanted, and I love that they used my requests as a learning moment for one of the girls. I’ll add a photo of my nails now (a month and a week in). I’ll be getting them filled there again soon, very impressed!

I have used Kayla at Crystal Nails for years now. Her attention to detail, and cheerful demeaner make every visit a joy. I have horses, and if I chip a nail ( which is not often, because she somehow reinforces them) .. she repairs it promptly. I cannot recommend this business enough. As a matter of fact, I have sent many many friends there.❤️❤️

Just moved to Kelowna and trying to find a salon. Came for a shellac manicure. It was a pleasant experience in the salon but the shellac was peeling off my nails within less than a week.My prior salon they wouldn't break/peel until over 3 weeks.
