We contacted MAC Plumbing & Heating to get an estimate on work in our daughter's Condo. They advised they would be in the area the next day, and would be happy to come over. Justin was prompt, courteous and professional, informed us of options/ possible cost(s) as to the proceeding with work. We were very happy with the Service provided and the work done, and the cost was very reasonable!

They were quick to respond, I texted the night before with an sos, my pool heater was not working, I have swim lessons at my home Monday, I texted 10 am the night before, they responded at 6am the next day and they were at my house, problem fixed and he was done within 25 minutes, amazing !!!! I highly recommend !!

Angelo was called out in 2011 to inspect/camera a sewer line. His diagnosis was that the pipe was broken under the concrete slab. After three days of labor jackhammering the slab and excavating - there was no break to be found. The cost to excavate and repair the concrete slab was $1800 and to date (12 years later) Angelo continues to send me the $334.00 invoice for the misdiagnosis. Watch out for this company, they do not stand behind their work. Shows you what kind of Company they are when they continue to send invoices 12 years after the fact. I was considering persuing the $1800 in costs to correct his error, however was not worth the time and effort. All other trades were paid on this project. Very disatisfied with this company.

We rent and the company we rent from hired these guys for our toilet that had a bolt completely come out of the floor. I was T home when the work was being done but I sure hope it's nothing like the outside of the toilet. Did a rush job and didn't take the proper allocated time to do the job. This resulted in the caulking failing in less than a month and when we noticed this we saw the entire back of the toilet base wasn't even recaulked. Now I'm worried what he's done to the toilet (apparently he put a new collar) because the last thing I need right now is a toilet leak.

We had MAC come out and install a new sink in my wife’s salon. Their quote was substantially less than another company in town, and they did an awesome job! Justin came in and was incredibly professional, and made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times. I spoke with Angelo during the job as well and he was helpful, and very honest. As someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing, it was nice to be treated respectfully and fairly. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Justin for the super work he did for me. He installed a bathtub (looks so nice) and a few weeks later I had an emergency of frozen water pipes and drain which he worked on so patiently. His manner was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Angelo has been great at accommodating our plumbing and installing gas line “time” requirements.Justin was knowledgeable, extremely respectful and just awesome to work with! Highly recommend!!!

Justin was so professional and efficient. Troubleshooting the issue and did a great job and a quick repair . Happy to have fast flowing water in the kitchen again. Highly recommend.

Have used M.A.C Plumbing for a variety of jobs from unclogging drains, shower installs, and HVAC repairs. Angelo always answers his phone and helps me trouble shoot things before someone comes out. Justin who has done most of our work is very knowledgeable. In emergency situations he has gone the extra mile to help us out. If you want honest and reliable they are the best.

Phoned Mac Plumbing and Heating when I had terrible service from a different plumbing service who left me hanging. Mac Plumbing was fantastic! They were able to fit me in on short notice, unplugged my drain on the same day I called them. Can't ask for better than that. Their rates were great as well. Justin from Mac Plumbing was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Liked them so much I booked two hot water tank replacements the next week. He just completed them and no hiccups...even cleaned up after themselves. Five stars!!
