The staff here are friendly and will do what they can to help you. I received a faulty product and the staff were quick to help by going above and beyond to get me a replacement even though it was a seasonal item.

The manager is a rude and a liar to say the least. I ordered 2 sofas; one of them didn’t fit into the building door when delivered. Called the manager and made a deal over the phone to keep one sofa that did fit and get a partial reimbursement. We agreed upon the amount. To my surprise when I got back to the store the same day; the manager refused to give me my money back! This is how I was robbed and scammed by these ppl that have no values. BE CAREFUL!
