I was introduced by one of the two salesman right upon entry where you’ll find all sanitary precautions.Guided by Jean Francois I narrowed down my selection to Dormeo and Tempur Pedic. He sounded very convincing about his knowledge (I would too in his shoes because they are the most expensive:) but when I sidetracked him with a good question I realized his great salesman skill beats the knowledge of his products.Regardless, I’m going back this week to test the two finalists for a good 15 minutes each and order.10 experience with the salesman10 cleanliness10 big showroom10 reception of client4/5 instead of 5 only because I wish to get near perfection about the product and purchase experience where they make commission over me.

UPDATE:Still no response from the email I sent as recommended below. Also when I called today to ask for a refund my phone call was blocked three times! I eventually called from a different number and they picked up immediately.....Was excited to purchase a new bed. Upon reviewing the receipt I see I was overcharged $600. When the delivery guys arrived with the bed today they were missing parts and told me to contact the store. They left with no resolution and I was left with a bed that was half put together. When contacting the store I was told I would have to wait a week for the parts and the bed to be out back together.Needless to say the bed is still not completed. I am still waiting. Really disappointed with the service and given the big expense I expected a better experience. I will never shop here again.

I went to Dormez vous to shop for a mattress. The lady that helped me was really nice and answered questions I had. I didn't have a bad experience. Although I find the prices high, I'm assuming it's like that for mattresses. I put 4 instead of 5 because to be able to pay monthly, you need a Desjardins visa card, which is annoying. I put a deposit to save my mattress and if I change my mind, I can have my deposit back. All in all a good experience

Poor customer service and poor customer service which is a shame because it makes doing business with giants like Amazon more convenient. Purchased a pet bed online (which was extremely poorly made - really, when I received it, I carried the package up 3 flights of stairs confused what it could be because THAT's how light it was - zero support for what it's meant for - LARGE dogs) so I decide to return it. All this amidst non-stop restrictions, Christmas and a pandemic, I take the UNOPENED bed to this store location (Greenfield) to which I was vehemently refused without even willing to listen to me on the basis that they don't carry this item" and when I explained the return policy online states I can return in-store

Had a bad allergic reaction to the headboards upon receiving it. I called multiple times and requested a return and refund. No one would call me back or help me on the matter.One day I managed to talk to an employee before closing and she told me to bring it back the next day. I called again to confirm the day after and another employee told me she knew nothing about it, was super rude and hung up on me.I called customer service after and they said I cannot return physically to the store the item.The store can give me a gift card for ir only because the box was open for a headboard they installed that is now not considered new because they took the box back. Also I need to pay for them to pick it up because they don’t want me to bring the item back myself.Now I need to wait until someone picks up the item and I need to pay $65 for them to come pick it up. While having an asthma attack just because I had no idea I could not return an item that it’s harmful for me and my family. I have a newborn and a toddler at home.Never shopping with them again. Better off with an ikea headboard or mattress that you can return with no issues and plus will have great customer service.

2 years ago, I purchased a King size bed and a mattress in this store (Taschereau, Brossard) and the service was great, so I decided to come back for a Black Friday promotion.Today, the service was *TERRIBLE*. You better wear your best suit and ask for the most expensive bed to get served. Otherwise, no one will take care of you. Never going back.

Nice selection of beds but awful service. Scheduled 6 visits (2 months all in all) to attach a bedhead after buying a bed from them earlier. Had 4 no-shows and 2 visits during which the technician would do something that would look good, get a signature from me, before telling me the work was temporary.

I bought a Mattress and a bed frame when I unpacked the bed frame the leg for the base of the bed the screw was bent. When I called the store the women told me to call customer service and see what they can do I called and I have to wait for a call back.
