I wish I could not even give them 1 star.These people never have time to talk to you. Most of the times, call goes directly to voicemail and they never bother to return your call; and if you go to the office, they are never there or “busy with another client”I will not recommend this firm, don’t waste your time.

The compassion, dedication, decency, and comfort provided is unlike anything I've ever been witness to. Throughout the most devastating time in my life, I just knew that everything would be ok once I was connected to this firm. Even years after the dust has settled, they continue to offer support as though they were family. I wish I could give the law firm 0 stars. Mac Scott is a terrible and incompetent lawyer whose selfishness and ego gets the best of him. He’s disorganized, irresponsible, and disrespectful. He’s never given his undivided attention and constantly states he is either too busy or has no time for me. I have sent several documents 5 times over because he seems to have amnesia. He mixes me up with other clients and has no idea what documents have been fulfilled and processed. He has stated several times that I should be the one to fill out forms and “figure it out” when I have questions. His license should be stripped away and I will take whatever steps I can to report him to the LSO. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
