This is the BEST grocery store in Rocky!! Thank you No Frills for making such a nice environment for the customers. We are always greeted at the till with huge smiles and polite cashiers. The place is immaculate and the prices are way cheaper than other stores in this town. We go there every time we need something.

The Cashier wearing a red hoodie was unfriendly and when I asked for bags they tried to give me one for 30 items. I do not know why they think 30 items will fit in one small bag but ok. Then when I asked them for more bags she looked confused and gave the most awkward 5 seconds of my life. The other cashier was friend and seemed to have people skills. She gave me a smile and I wish she was my cashier instead of the red hoodie person.

Since they have changes from Extra Foods to No Frills, the selection has changed in a lot of ways. So far the produce here has been great. If you're stocking your pantry, I would reccomend this place because they has such a huge selection of dry/canned goods with prices that can't be beat in town. I would say the same if you're needing to buy kitchen items like utensils and small appliances. The only critique I can make is the meat section isn't anything to fawn over as well as the gluten free options. Over all it's a great location for everyday grocery shopping in town.

I have been to several No Frills stores and this one seems to be laid out more like a warehouse which in my personal taste is better. Other stores I have seen have shown a lot of wear and haven't been quite as clean so this one. I rate with a four star rating against the other stores in the No Frills chain I have been in.They save costs in decor and pretty stuff and have the basics so speciality items tend to be lacking but that is fine. The staff I encountered were great.

Selection is standard, a little low on stock when I went but to be fair it was during the wildfires. The staff was amazing though. Our cashier was fantastic. Reasonable prices.

Was in just for a quick shop looking for specific items. Found a staff member and ask where these items were and he took me to every isle where the items I needed were with no hesitation. I wish i would have got his name. He knew exactly where each item was, now that is know your store. Keep up the amazing work.
