No point dealing with this establishment at all. Horrid customer service and knowledge. I am surprised they are still in business.Go to Bartle and Gibson's for parts and peace heating for work.

Don't waste your time.... I phoned twice essentially saying I have a $10,000 budget for new furnace and hot water tank, and another $5k for a wood stove project call me back .... Ended up calling twice NEVER got a call back ,maybe my money is no good. Or maybe just horrid customer service,either way I'll pay someone who's interested in my work to come out

Awesome service, when these guys give you a quote...the job is done well and there are no surprised charges on top of your quote. This company has gone beyond their prior quotes and still no surprises to us.Small company with BIG SERVICE. Great loal business to deal with.

Had Fred's Heating install a new Napoleon furnace in 2019 and do some plumbing work and install a new tub in a bathroom reno and they have been top notch to deal with. Great prices and service. I'll use them again in the future.

If I can help one person to escape 5 months of pain dealing with this extremely poor customer service company, I’ll have done my part. The product they sell is very good but the install and service was shockingly poor! Refused to provide a quote in writing, overcharged $800 after install, incompetent contractors, damage to equipment causing flooding, skinny on material supplied, wires left disconnected on furnace, would not return calls at all or provide any service after being paid the nearly $5000. I had to hire another company to fix the shoty workmanship and damages. You’ve all been warned about Fred’s Heating in Peace River, go to another town where there is some competition and customer care. I predict this company is planning to go out of business soon.

Fast service, decent and fair rates, had myControl board for my furnace replaced within a couple days of calling. Overall impression was good, furnace is working again.

Tried to give this fella some business.to come and look at my furnace. And all they could tell me was my problem was I lived in a trailer
