Had Ports come out to service and clean our furnace. They installed a new nozzle and left. The furnace then started working intermittently and kept shutting off. Called them back to tell them we were now having issues we never had before. Guy came out and it was a loose ground wire. Their fault and then had the nerve to charge us $50 for the return visit. Poor customer service and poor quality. Shame on you!

No one returns calls, or shows up for arranged appointments. Pretty disappointing, especially for elderly clients.

Excellent service, responded to my call before New Years, determined the problem and serviced the furnace. They were able to order the part and install the circuit board. I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you.

A new furnace was installed by them which has failed 2 inspections one by the T.S.S.A and the other by the porpane supplier.We can't get propane delivered until it is fixed and Ports heating keeps saying they will look into it and get back to me which they never doNow they don't answer my calls or return calls after leaving voicemail.I would not recommend themI see they posted a false response belowthey didnt fix it. aside from poor workmanship they are also misleading
