Bambini Learning Group - Granville

I never ever seen a child center looks like Bambini in city of Edmonton when I walked in. They carefully choose learning and playing materials to support children’s development. They also have various events to encourage families and communities’ participation. I highly recommend this center to those west Edmonton parents.

Bambini's facilities are modern, and the daycare is kept clean and organized. The educators are superb and well trained. There were some issues with the previous Management, but the new Management has turned things around and genuinely care about supporting the development of the children. My kids enjoy the different activities available at the daycare and enjoy attending the daycare.

My husband and I signed up for the tour of the facilities to enrol our son when my maternity leave ends. While the facilities are beautiful the staff is completely unaware of what the legal requirements are for child to educator ratios. We were aware that the facility had multiple non compliance issues for childcare ratios but were hoping to clear this up with them at the tour. For children 12-19 months old they allow 12 kids per room with two educators where the legal max is 1:4 with a max of 8 kids per room. For children 3-4 years old they have a room that has 24 kids with 3 educators while the law only allows for a max of 16 kids per room with 2 educators. When asked about the ratios they said they were “allowable” and refused to answer more of our questions. Overall it’s a huge safety risk for the children because the educators are not able to safely give care at those obscene room sizes and ratios. We will definitely be reporting this facility for their negligence.

The staff at Bambini have made the transition to daycare very easy! Both of my kids are happy to go each day! Everyone is really friendly and it’s a beautiful space.

Bambini has been a great place to bring our 2 little Boys. They were able to rectify some early issues and provide a high level of care. We are happy with the staff and their attentiveness to our children.

I have been very happy with Bambini Granville since my son started in February. The educators are kind and patient, and are very responsive to messages and providing updates throughout the day. My son is very happy attending everyday and enjoys the programming and activities that the educators have planned. Overall, I have been very happy with my experience at Bambini so far.

Our child started at Bambini Granville a couple months ago. We were drawn to Bambini's program and philosophy as it aligned with our own. The facility is clean and beautiful. The educators have demonstrated love, respect, and kindness to the children that truly goes above and beyond. Our child is excited every day to go to daycare and to see her friends and the staff. We look forward to the little updates given throughout the day in regards to the amazing food or activities. As a parent who was struggling with the transition of going back to work, Bambini instantly made me feel comforted by the care and love that they provide my child. Her excitement to go every day is evident of the work they do to make the children feel at home and comfortable. They have been going through some changes to ensure that Bambini Granville can operate at its best and as a parent, I appreciate the time they have given to ensure that staffing and policies are top notch. They have demonstrated the ability to take feedback from families and implement positive changes. I am proud and happy to have my child in a Bambini facility.

The staff at this facility are great. My kids absolutely love it there. It’s clean. They are organized. My kids don’t even say goodbye to me in the mornings now, they just run in and see their friends and teachers.We’ve had 8 care providers now in 4 years and this is by far our favorite.If you read reviews or information about this facility prior to August 2022 please understand they did a full revamp, retraining, restructuring and got a new director. The facility has changed completely since then.

My kids love to go to Bambini and we are very please with the service the daycare is offering. The staff are very friendly and the daycare listen to the parents suggestions and keep improving.

The frontline staff are warm, welcoming and make a real effort to form a genuine connection with the children. The new leadership team has made sweeping changes to the overall program and is committed to creating a culture of trust and transparency at the centre. Great work Bambini Granville!!!
