Family Auto Sales

At the beginning of November I had occasion to deal with Graham and Bonnie of Family Auto Sales in Carstairs. During the sales process, I was treated in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. They were straightforward and honest in all aspects of the sales process.This was a refreshing change from what I experienced in the past when purchasing a new vehicle. Usually a customer has to put up with sales gimmicks, delay and high pressure tactics, and then be hit with extra charges such as security fees, tire fees, and administrative costs. None of this happens at Family Auto Sales.I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to make an automobile purchase and wants to be treated in a straightforward honest manner while at the same time not overpaying for a vehicle.

Easiest car buy ever. They have good stuff, prices are fair, no haggle but no hidden fees and no pressure, for real. Really nice folks.

Graham and Bonnie are just about the nicest people you could ever buy a car from. Our last purchase with them was straightforward, fair, and reasonable. I'll definitely be making my next car purchase from them.

Went in here to buy a used car and was talked down to the entire time and they did not take my business seriously, did not give good answers to my questions or put any customer service forward at all. I assume it was because I am younger than most who come in and brought my parents in to help me as they know more than I. However, I had my own money to purchase a vehicle with without their aid and yet he spoke to me as if I was a spoiled brat and my parents should get the vehicle or even a newer one. I took my business elsewhere, so I suppose it was their loss. Family" oriented not so much

They have an excellent reputation in the community, so we checked them out. Very pleased and happy with our purchase.

Do not shop here!!! We were sold a complete lemon. We were provided with an inspection report for the vehicle, however shortly after we purchased the vehicle we began encountering multiple problems so we had an independent inspection done and the vehicle did not pass.We have had to spend 4K in repairs since we purchased the vehicle.FYI when you spend 14k plus on a vehicle here, don’t expect it to have any fuel in it. I had to put gas in it just to get it back to calgary.Would never purchase a car here again.

Bonny and Gragham are great people to deal with. Very professional and sincere. Any issues are dealt with right away. Recommend this dealership to everyone.

I went to Calgary to find a vehicle and received a major run-around that was a wasted trip and a wasted day.On my way home I decided to swing in to Family Auto to see what was available. What an excellent experience. Bonnie and Graham were very easy to deal with, found me a car to suit my needs, and I highly recommend giving them a visit if you are looking for a vehicle.

Excellent value and service; we bought our first vehicle from Graham and Bonnie many years ago and have gone back for every one since. Have sent family and friends to them and all have been very happy, highly recommend!
