HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEBrought my shoes there to get my heel cut lower. While he was cutting the heel a nail broke and bore a hole in the top of the sole. He proceeded to finish the heel and hand me back the shoe. I asked him if he could do something about the hole on the top of my sole. He proceeded to cover it with a cut out piece of sole (didn't look the greatest but I was okay with it). When I was ready to pay he was charging me double the price then what he initially quoted. He blamed me for the price hike and said that it's my fault I bought cheap shoes from a cheap manufacturer". I told him that he is the one who caused the hole and I should not pay for that

I needed to fix my favourite sandals. They had a nail sticking up. He removed it at no charge. Alas my sandals were old and not worth fixing. But I will definitely go back to him for future shoe repairs. Very nice, professional man.

Old man in his early 50s with a receding hairline and a donut like haircut because he barley has any hair in the centre of his head was being rude when I asked him about my belt. It’s as if words fly in one ear, and leave through the other. I had to repeat myself 3 times for this old man to hear. He was so focused on his phone he didn’t even know I was in front of him, it seems like he would rather go on his phone than do business.

I had such a great experience at Quality Shoe Repair. The manager, Kamran was so nice and knowledgeable. I brought my hunter boot to remove a white mark on it that I couldn't get off. Kamran removed it on the spot and did not charge me!! Amazing attitude and personality. I would totally recommend this place. Great great great service!!!!!!!!

The man is rude, abrasive, condescending and not a professional. Does not give a written invoice with description of work done. Very poor attitude. I had difficulty in getting an invoice from him.

Phenomenal service! Had a few pairs of designer shoes with the heel completely wrecked (one with patent leather another with leather that was ripped and peeled). They came back looking practically brand new. Not only that but the owner was able to get them done within a week for me as I needed them for a business trip. Highly recommend.

This guy knows his stuff and he's up front about what he thinks he can and can't do.He repaired a zipper on a pair of winter boots that another cobbler said were beyond help. Three years later and the zip still works smoothly. He's affixed heels to shoes and sliders on a suitcase for me. Once he told me it wasn't worth repairing a pair of sandals, because they would simply break again.He charges up front. I don't think he's any more or any less expensive than other shoe repair services.I am happy with his honesty and his work.

I had a really great experience, the owner is really nice and expert in his work. I had to get my bag repaired and he did it really on a short notice and very skillfully.

If there was an option for ‘less than one star’ that would easily be what I would rate the service here. The basic subhuman who works here needs to realize that in this age of disposability where most people would rather buy a new pair of shoes than find a repair shop, service actually matters. Being abrasive, condescending and rude holds no place in the service industry. Were my shoes shined? Yes. Will I ever go back there? Absolutely not ever. And I don’t suggest you do either.
