Belmar Roofing

This is my second dealings with Bellmar Roofing. A few years back we had our shingled roof redone. This year we had our flat roof redone. Impressed both times. Quote was reasonable, with no surprise add ons at the end. The crew were great. Worked long hard hours. Each one was always very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. The owner checked in and inspected everything when finished. Definitely recommend this company.

This company is horrible to deal with. I’ve reached out several times for them to come back to do some repairs of the damage that they didn’t do correctly. My roof is leaking still and this company refuses to come back they’re still not answering the phones they do not stand behind their work. They work as very sloppy and messy And the workers that they came to do the job when they first installed the product they look like they had no idea what they were doing. Do not go with this company they do not have the experience that they say they do.

Not professional.Left so many nails on my driveway and my neighbours driveway. They said they would run a magnet over the area once complete. This was never done. Never sent the bill and then called us saying we need to pay our bill. How are we supposed to pay a bill that you never sent. It was supposed to be emailed then the lady said she didn't have our email. Funny as you sent the email quote through email.Wasteful. Everything that was new that they didn't use on our roof went right into the trash bin. 3 bundles of extra shingles were also just left behind on our driveway which we had to dispose of .Receptionist is rude to deal with when telling her of the concerns you have over the job that was done.Coupons with no expiry dates on them apparently expire how convient is that and no where does it say it must be presented to the person doing the quote.Our roof was damaged during the May 24 weekend storm and was just finally fixed in August we were told when it was quoted that it would be 5 weeks. We waited 10 and I still think it was only done because we finally called and asked what was going on. If we didn't call I think we would still be waiting.Overall I would not recommend this company. Nor will I use them again.

Our experience with Belmar Roofing 2021 Inc was fantastic from start to the end. Our roof and skylights were damaged due to the storm and the heavy snow. We contacted Belmar roofing, they came to inspect the damages immediately and suggest how to best repair the roof and skylights. They came back to fix the roof and skylights as scheduled. The guys were wonderful and attentive. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the cost were reasonable. Truly very thankful to their service.

Warning to anyone who bought a roof prior to Dec 31st 2021 as the business was sold and all warranties are now VOID prior to this date! The new owner is NOT honouring workmanship. I have had two leaks since they did the roof in 2018, and they told me they to eat dust today and that all warranties are VOID because that’s the new owners policy… terrible way to treat customers. If you need a roof take your business to another company! DONT USE BELAMR!

It was a great experience! CJ and his crew went above and beyond.. completely exceeded by expectations. From installation and clean up. Explaining all their work. Super professional and friendly..10/10 would recommend cjs crew for anyone looking for installation. Thanks for all your hard work!!

Ended up taking 3.5 weeks to do our roof. The roofers constantly left nails / shingles in my driveway and yard, to the point that I had to sweep every single day to avoid flat tires after working. Not to mention my pets walk around outside my house aswell. On the last week I called them to see what was going on and that night I found 13 nails in my driveway. (They seem to have somehow missed" my driveway with the magnet that day ) Very unprofessional and would never recommend this company to anybody. Found all these nails with a small magnet in 10 minutes"

Let me tell you first who I am I’m an owner of Construction Company that has been running for 32 year’s and my customer is devastated because this company did her roof and it’s been leaking years down the wall and caused all this damage! Now they won’t answer phone or replying to her emails etc! So this is from me Richard Anderson of One Great Finish you can go to Birch ave and talk to Mrs Percy and fix this or I will be joining her in a law suit towards your company! Bel mar did not supplied and installed as per agreement and installed other materials. Workmanship is poor and no esthetic look like my neighbours roof have . I showed to their manager but of no use. Not professional way of working. I am not at all happy with the workmanship
