We’ve been taking our Goldendoodle for grooming to Timmie for years and we have always been very happy with the work the groomers are doing. Our dog always looks amazing when she comes home. She is also excited to go into the store ever time we arrive. With little planning I’ve also always get an appointment that works for me. Highly recommend this as a groomer.

This is a one stop shop for all your dog or cat needs. They have a wide variety of different toys, treats, and accessories that are high quality (not to mention adorable). I came here to shop for some Christmas gifts for my dogs and dog friends and they had so much selection as well as seasonal items and fresh made peanut butter cups and cookies (great for birthdays).I also saw a dog that had just been groomed here - looked great.While there are many pet boutiques in the city, the staff here are so friendly and kind and it really makes a difference :)Also they have hand sanitizer and masks at the entrance in case you forgot yours. Good to see businesses still taking precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy.Warning: you will want to buy everything.

Purchased her new collar. It's so super cute. Sadly didn't get the leash to go with it because I couldn't fathom paying twice as much for the leash as I did the collar.Staff was super nice and even gave her some treats

We have a Border Collie Mix and we have been going to TIMMIE in LESLIEVILLE for all of our dog's needs for over a decade. This store has a fabulous Proprietor and his consistently awesome staff have earned our trust and our full support. In LESLIEVILLE there is no where else to go for our K-9's nutritional requirements. We look forward to supporting this small business in our community for years to come. Great products & high end service plus a wonderful owner. YOU GO TIMMIE!

I haven't set foot in another pet store since diacovering Timmies. This place is lovely, with a great selection of healthy foods and treats. They even have a loyalty program. The staff are great; the owner personally delivered food to us during the height of the pandemic. We are loyal customers. Shop Local.

Lovely experience! My family of 3 dogs (a greyhound, a beagle, and a frenchie) went to purchase some ChillyDogs coats and the stuff was super helpful, pleasant, and caring with our pups! They even gave us some free treats which my guys devoured! Will definitely be returning, we had the best time!

Awesome shop for any dog needs in Leslieville. Just got Indie a new harness that fits her great and keeps her safe. And I ordered her kibble and treats yesterday at dinner when I realized we were running low and just got the delivery now (24 hours) - so had to post a super satisfied customer review! Delivery was free too! (local)

We take our extremely timid Morkie here for grooming. She really hates being groomed and despite our attempts at socialization she's also fearful of other dogs (classic Covid Pup.) The team at Timmie is so accomodating, kind and patient with her. They give us a time slot that will be low stress for her and she comes out a new lady. Like I cannot believe they're able to do what they do! She looks so different our other dog doesn't recognize her for the first few hours home. This is not even to begin to talk about the excellent pet food and treat selection they offer, so close to home. Staff and service are always outstanding. Love this place!

If I can give a 0 star review I would. We took our dog to grooming this week and didn’t expect him to get back injured. We noticed a big razor cut under his chin and around his neck. We were not told about the razor cut when we picked up him after the grooming. We were also not told of the possible razor cut prior to the grooming. When we reached out to the store at first they denied the cut, but when I sent the photos the owner responded and acknowledged the razor cut during the grooming but still didn’t take responsibility for it. Our dog cried and screamed so much during the grooming (I happened to know when I went back the store to check out a product). Our dog has never cried and screamed this much during other grooming or during any other time. I was so curious and wondering why he did that. Now that I know it was because he was injured, in pain and looking for help. Our dog has become very gloomy and sad since he came back from the grooming at Timmie, and seeing the razor cut on his neck make us a dog owner so sad and helpless. I wish no other dog or dog owner will ever have to go through this, so I DON’T recommend Timmie to any dog owner who doesn’t want their dog to get hurt.
