I have a 2021 freightliner and I have a morgan box on my truck. Friggin floor is splitting and have the biggest banging noise just going over a little bump what a waste of $70,000 worst box people

First year Truck floor leaking from bolts, some floor bolts fell off and ramp (stopper) fell off it’s just everything with the body. I regret going with morgan body.

Worst experience I’ve had with a truck body in over twenty years. After several missed completion dates I finally got a truck body that is very poor quality and with very sloppy workmanship. Have your next body built ANYWHERE but here!

worst customer service ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. The product quality and deliver times are the worst. There sales staff never return calls and apparently the warranty is only valid until the unit leaves the yard. I operate 27 units in my fleet and would never use this company again.

Black doors rotting out. After 23 months. Door latch fell off. All along bottom rotting out.We have trailers that are twenty years old and now just starting to decay.Have pics if anyone interested.

Truck box leaked after first year, back door decayed. Hinges and box already rusting. Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Stay away from these truck boxes, waste of money. Don’t waste your time contacting them either, bunch of crooks.

Unfortunately can not give 0 stars. Brand new truck box leaking within a month , they took it in and fixed(so called)after alot of fighting back and forth. Truck leaks worse than ever now. Even U.S. office wont stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!Metal on doors rusted within year, door hold back latch fell off.JUST GARBAGE @morgancorporation
