Marijuana Palace

coming here was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. not only was PK (terry) incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but he was also funny, amazingly generous, and interesting to talk to! he clearly knew what he was talking about abs was able to help us find exactly what we needed. we walked away so happy. made a great impression on the people of thunder bay!

I had one of the greatest experiences in this store. Terry (PK) was awesome and did a great job explaining the deals and offered lots of advice since we’re from the States. After we made a big purchase he literally gave us so many little extra items and even free pizza as a souvenir. I cannot express how incredible this experience was. Thank you Marijuana Palace.

My friend bought a 300$ Illadelph from this place. The quality of the glass seemed different from the usual standard illadelphs hold and my friend noticed right away it wasn’t a genuine piece. Illadelphs come with a box, when she returned to ask about the box to confirm that it’s genuine he was banned.Probably buys bongs for 50$ off alibaba and sells them for full price.Don’t waste your time, there’s at least a half dozen dispensaries downtown. Owner is incredibly rude and pushy, and an absolute creep. Just read his responses, he really goes to show how great of a business man he is :)

I went in there to buy some glass ware, and when I asked to see their selection, the owner kept telling me about the Bay Dream Tape, and how I should listen to it. He never even acknowledged the glass ware. He went on and on about how it featured great underground local artists like Kofi AK, Kru Zo, Liam Macguire, JEB, Dallas, ZakWitThaPack, Doni Song, and Lucky Side down. I ended up leaving but I did listen to the mixtape, it was alright, the owner certainly has interesting music taste.

Going in I was a bit unsure of what I wanted to buy, but Terry (PK) was very enthusiastic and helped me out so much! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well! They had all sorts of great deals! We not only had great customer service but were also very entertained! Coming here from the states, Marijuana Palace was overall a great experience! We also love and thank you for all of the free extra merchandise and products that came along with our purchases!

First thing I gotta say..... these guys are great amazing people to deal with. we are from manitoba and on our way back from nova scotia, we stopped in to get some glass pieces. They took care of us in shop and treated us better than most the shops at home. they have a great selection of items. and sales you cant resist, but I could go on how great the shop is but i would double or triple the amount of stars google lets me put ha ha. When i got home and went to use my glass and the bong had a small leak oddly, but hey it happens. I contacted PK and he was great to deal with, told him what happened and he back his sale 100% and we came up with a solution. If this was at my home you are pretty much stuck and they dont like to help. i would recommend Marijuana Palace to anyone and will continue to do so. If i am looking for a new glass piece ill be talking to PK. have a great day everyone. And if you going by make it a stop you dont want to miss.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER COMMENT!!: I was in your store acquiring about hand held glass pipes last weekend so no it is not fake news as you say.Wouldn't even give one star. The guy working there was so rude about me asking questions even though I told him I needed help. Was pushy and asked if I was gonna buy something 3 times!! Forget this place wow.

Saw signs for this store leading into thunder bay from both directions. Thought I'd get a souvenir" from my trip. But when we arrived

Store was beautiful. Staff is great. Then the owner came up. No social skills. Rude .. arrogant and had an ego bigger than the moon. If he stayed home and let his staff run the store he would probably make more sales. I can in with intentions to spend and was so turned off I waited in the car for my brother to come out. Horrible. One star is for the other sales staff. For the owner to reply just another customer who didn't get there way" is a complete joke . I didn't even get a chance to purchase or talk about what I actually wanted. Owner is full of him self. And all these one stars who clearly only have an issue with him says it all. He needs to open his eyes and realize he's an awful store owner"
