Standard swiss chalet meal, ribs and chicken combo was very good, as expected. Counter service was excellent.

Portion size disappointingMy husband and I decided to treat ourselves to my favourite Swiss Chalet tonight. We even added a $2.99 side of coleslaw for an extra.Our mouths kind of dropped seeing the side of coleslaw. It didn't even fit half the container! Getting home with our meal further disappointed us with the minimal number of fries in each of our dishes. We paid over $30 for our 2 meals and certainly felt short changed. The upside? The chicken and sauce were delicious as always.

Put an order in for pickup and when I arrived I recieved text to wait in car until further instructions. 20 minutes passed the pick up time I went into store to inquire. Gave them my name and they handed me food without speaking to me. Very odd experience. Wouldn't reccomend. Regretted tipping ahead of time.

Hanover location is always great about serving my son gluten free foods, staff helping were great! Store was extremely cold, we opted to take our food home.

We loved the one in Brampton, waitress went above and beyond in service. The food was great. Location was Hwy 7 and Airpot Rd. Will definately go again.
