A Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons I guess but a couple of times I never got any service when I went inside and waited too long so I left. If you want something there you're better off going through the drive through cuz they sure cater to that option. Oh well I'll continue going there cuz I love a Tims double double and a double chocolate donut and when I want chocolate there ain't nobody gonna stop me. C'mon I'm not the only one.

Probably the best service I've ever gotten at any Tim Hortons anywhere!He made our wraps perfectly each time we came in and had our coffee fresh hot and well stired!I can't applaud enough for the gentleman that served us each morning for our business trip for this past week!

How hard is it to make a 2 cream 3 sugar original coffee. Not dark roast not a double double. Not a 1 cream no sugar not a 2 cream no sugar. But 2 cream 1-2 then 3 sugar 1,1,1 then stir the coffee making sure the sugar fully mixes with the coffee and cream. I like my sugar with coffee and cream. It’s honestly 60% of the time my coffee is completely wrong and I understand rush or being fast for your drive through times. However, if my coffee or food is wrong 60% of the time and correct 40%. Then the problem is too fast for a waste of time now I’ve avoided complaining for months now but todays coffee was complete garbage it tasted like dark roast and the cream was milk instead of cream.

Been going almost everyday, posting this after entertaining 2-3 encounters. The morning staff is rude and rushing in taking orders and till serving, like there are 100 cars in drive thru.Except jonny(suppose thats his name).For reference- i worked at tim hortons and know well how customer service works in tim hortons.

I always order a chicken noodle soup with a whole sized bun and pay an extra 85 cents for the whole bun. Every time I open the bag, I always get half a bun even after reminding them to give me a whole one. It is getting very frustrating. The soup is amazing though!!
