Batiscan River Park - Great Basin Area
Camping sans service vraiment beau, avec des terrains éloignés dans la forêt et vraiment beaucoup de place! En plus vous aurez accès au parc de la rivière où il y a des sentiers pour avoir accès aux chutes qui sont vraiment impressionnantes.

Très beau site avec un accès a plusieurs sentiers et un magnifique la avec une possibilité de location d'embarcation. Les chalets sont très bien entretenus, confortable et intime

We rented one of the new lean-to" cabins and was pleasantly surprised by how large and clean they are. Campsites are well-spaced and the reception is very nice and helpful. There are some great views along the river as well. A few words of caution (not criticism in any way): you can't bring your own firewood

Great parc for camping. Not too crowded, campgrounds are large and far apart enough that you pretty much feel on your own, unlike some campgrounds where everyone is stacked.There is a small sandy beach, you can swim in the river (which was low when we were there, but it can be fierce in the spring, swim at your own risk).There is no running water. They sell bottled water, wood and ice at the entrance to the park.The 'main' campground is about 1km away through a trail along the river, where you have access to more activities, and a park for kids.

Nous avons opté pour ce parc car le parc Mauricie était fermé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les nombreux points de vue sur la rivière, très impressionnante. Le sentier est très bien balisé. Prévoir 8,50$ pour l'entrée au parc. Attention possibilité de croiser des couleuvres après l'hivernage en mai.

Tranquillité assurée, le seule gros bémol est la pas de plage". Depuis que le barrage a été démantelé il n'y a plus de plage et le peu qu'il y a est plus ou moins baignable à cause du fort courant et de la végétation aquatique. Par contre sentiers de randonnée incomparable et riche en végétation varié pour les amateurs de flores. Nous y allons a tous les ans! De belles améliorations ont été faites
