Awesome experience great staff and reasonable prices in fact much cheaper for much better service than the veterinary clinics in the city have recommended this place to all my friends and family

Waverley Animal hospital just refused to vaccinate my minpins Litter because I decided to find good homes for them. They told me they were not doing breeder needles at this point. I was quite taken back. I have 3 beautiful puppies who were refused services, which is appauling to me, after spending a fortune having my own dogs neutered & needled there.

100% and above satisfied. I had been to Dr Giffin before with my animals when she practiced in the other clinic and trust her explicitly....staff I have spoken to and met were very pleasant and professional and kind and make you feel at ease and I ask alot of questions so patient is another word id use for the staff...I use this vet for a senior cat and a reactive dog so they are very well equipped to handle special circumstances

We were able to help our old doggie Carson cross Rainbow Bridge with the aid of Waverley Animal Hosp and their amazing staff. They made an agonizing event tolerable and helped us through it with Compassion and love. Big shout out to them all - Forever vet care.

We took our little girl kitty in to be spayed here. They found a couple of other issues that we are now taking care of. Extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, they are going to be our new vet.

Staff are awesome. We recently had to put our precious fur baby to sleep, she was 121/2 yrs old. The staff were very supportive and caring. Dr.Giffin was amazing and very supportive at that difficult time.

arrived for a scheduled appointment as a new client with my two dogs a 12 week old puppy and 7 year old dog. Have never been to this place before. Booked this appointment many months in advance. Was speaking with receptionist a few days prior to this appointment with no mention of change in procedures. Arrived on time for appointment only to be told I wasn't allowed in with my dogs due to change in policy as covid cases in the area increased. I was very upset about this as I had never met anyone in this building before. I asked if the vet could at least come out to meet me with my animals before I sent them in with strangers. Was told no. Didn't know what to do at this point so said I wouldn't allow my dogs in without meeting the vet. Sat in my car for a few minutes trying to figure out what to do as the puppy needed to have the vaccine's. I asked for various solutions and was told no every time. Then agreed to allow the dogs in as I felt like I was left no choice (was in tears at this point) answering a bunch of questions about my dogs to be relayed to a stranger. Was then told only one dog could be seen as my appointment was scheduled to start 20 minutes prior. I left at this point. Received a call from owners husband, Mr. Baker-who has left a review of his own business below just as a note. Was told the generic please give us another chance". A vet takes an oath should be given an higher regard in terms of trust than most and that the receptionist I spoke to was left in tears. Why she would have been crying is beyond me other then the realization that she provided me with very poor customer service. It isn't very trustworthy when a person won't take a few minutes to even met you. The entire situation should have been handled differently. I should have been notified of the change and the vet should have taken the few minutes to provide me the opportunity to meet her at the very least. My conversation with Mr. Baker left me feeling like I would never give them the opportunity again. He was very condescending on the phone. They had the opportunity the first time around and they failed. This vet came very highly recommended so this was a very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place."
