Just purchased a ge fridge and ge clothes washer from Kam Impex. I dealt with the owner Mike Lall. Although a little leery at first since the firm specializes in new scratch and dent and refurbished appliances I was delighted with the products purchased and the service I received. The discount was significant, the delivery at the time was free and prompt and I did not have to pay any taxes. They also removed the old appliances to the curb for me. Mike and his son were always courteous, responsive and professional. Their products come with a 90 day warranty and the remainder of the manufacturers gurantee . The store has really good deals and looks like really good products. It was well organized and neatly setup. I found a brand new washer in mint condition for almost half the price of the same model selling at Lowe’s. Regular $1098 and this store had it for $699. And I was able to bargain down to $650. The sales Person Mike, did the product warranty registration for me. And set up delivery and gave me many payment option. He was very knowledgeable about the products and pricing and warranty.I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buying appliances. If you don’t mind having brand new products out of box and saving hundreds of dollars then this is the store to buy from.

If you are looking for somewhere to purchase a great appliance for a very fair price, then look no further! I will never go anywhere else for my appliance needs. Today I bought a Frigidaire stove; I checked the Frigidaire website and I got mine for $800 less than they were asking from the manufacturers website. I am so happy with my purchase. Bought a fridge, dishwasher, stove and washing machine from here, slightly dented but, I've no issues with them, been using them for 7 months now. Highly recommend it folks! Thanks Mike!

The sales experience was by far superior..then again that's how all business strive to obtain customers. It's the after sales experience that was bad. If anything goes wrong with the appliances you need to be aware you are working with the owners time after he closes the business. I purchased 4 appliances and had an issue with 3 of them. The servues needs to improve.

Great store lots to choose from, good quality. If you live within 100km of this spot, there's no better choice! Great service as well.

It looks as if all of these reviews are written by 1 or 2 family member of the sales people at the store. They read the same and do not provide information about any products. In fact, the loudest statement here is the unspoken one that says that no one has anything useful to say about their products.When the best thing you can come up with to say is, The guy (sales person) is a great guy." when giving a review

Got a new washing machine from Mike last week, got it delivered to my place in like 5 days. Was hassle free, and the delivery was from a third party but I'd no issues dealing with bot of them.Thanks Mike

Absolutely terrible tactics to make money. I went in 2 weeks ago to purchase an appliance, the owner agreed to a cash deal which was less than the sticker price. I went back in today and they are having a no tax sale the item I wanted was still there and now they had another identical appliance with more damage. The owner proceeded to tell me he wanted more than the negotiated price. When I said no he offered me the more damaged one for the previously negotiated price. I said no. Then he changed his story to say both items were on hold. No sign. So my question is 2 minutes prior I could buy either one if I paid the higher price and now when I refused, the items magically were on hold. I tested this by sending someone else in and guess what...both are for sale no holds. This guy is not to be trusted. Ifyou're ok with dealing with liars and crooked owners this place is for you. If I could give them zero stars I would. Beware.
