Warm and helpful staff with a huge selection of beads and findings and so much more. This is a great store. This is a rosery class. They have wonderful teachers and the classes are so much fun. I love this store.

Ordered beads, jump rings, string and glue from here! I live in southern ontario, and the shipping was super fast! Beads are really, really good quality! Great prices too! All came packaged in a nice little bag in a box that was protected with bubble wrap! Will definitely be ordering again!

Although they have a wide range of beads, the quality is NOT good. I have boughten seed beads, glass crystal beads and semi-prescious stones….THEY ALL FADE and very quickly too!! I had to throw out my products because they were not in sellable condition and dealt with a lot of unpleased customers. So beware, if you’re purchasing for your business, your customers will not be receiving the best quality of beads. Spend your money with the main bead distributor, at least you know you’re getting top quality beads over there.

I have been shopping at this store for many years now and have always found it to be an easy place to shop with friendly helpful staff. The merchandise is always as it says it is and the prices are the best I have found. When in a hurry I order on line and pick up at the store and have never had a problem with the accuracy of my order. A great store to shop in whether on line or in store!

First time checking out the store this afternoon, it was great! I was on the website a few times before and saw some semi-precious stone beads that I was interested in purchasing. The store has wide selection of beads and all kinds of other things for jewellery and crafts. I loved the large selection of stone beads! Spent quite a bit of time checking everything out. Staff was friendly and helpful too!

Called ahead of time to ask about 1440 bag of rhinestones on website for $9.99 which they said they had in stock. I took an uber quite a distance and arrived at store only to be shown a 220 bag for $20. I may have considered purchasing 3000 pieces however the colour was also not accurate to what they described on the phone.
