I'm going to stop going here. It's grimy, I moved tables four times before I found one that wasn't sticky, the plates are always cracked. It's not expensive but I'd rather pay another couple of bucks for a clean restaurant.

Been ordering here a long time. Place was originally known for large portions for a small price and decent food. Times have definitely changed, a vermicelli noodle bowl was $7.25 in 2021, now it is $9.95 and seems to be smaller portions than before. Food is still alright, but definitely nothing to be thrilled about.Used to be loyal to this place, but seems like you can get better food for the prices they have now.

Food was okay, the veggie salad rolls were super disappointing, just rice and lettuce. I feel like its an 8$ excuse to drink the peanut sauce.

This is probably my favorite Tien, and gives lots of food for a very reasonable price. Service can be slow, but never bad. There's always smiles and the servers do care.It's also good if you have sensory issues, quiet music, or sometimes no music, and the restaurant is seldom full, usually only three to five booths full when I've been there. It feels open but not echoey, and the servers don't try for small talk. Food can be ordered by it's number, and it's pretty consistent

We have been ordering take-out from Thiens for a few years now. Tonight was the last time we will ever order from here. The food quality has gone down - smaller portions and way less shrimp in the dishes for starters. I would have rather paid an increased price for consistent quality. This container used to be full of noodles for the base of the dish. What I got tonight was laughable.

Pros: A good place to have dine in with your family, I gave 2 stars for this location because its convenient to go from down to to 8th street and the have free parking, and the spring rolls was good.Cons: Took for awhile for them to serve our food. It's just not fast compared to down Thein. I'm not recommending this resto if your totally hungry and in a hurry and want to get served right away. But if u got lot's of time to kill, this place would be good for you. But for now I could only give this resto a 2stars.

Your 8th street location smells like urine and definitely needs a deep cleaning. The quality of food has gone down the toilet and from tons of reviews on other pages many people feel the same. Definitely won't be returning.

We witnessed 'dirty/dusty' christmas decoration bulbs hanging above the table we were eating from. We don't know how much if any dirt fell into our bowls of soup & veg rolls/peanut sauce. I mentioned the dirty windows to one of the ladies who works here & I was told they're waiting for window cleaners to come & clean them. Hopefully they get to Thiem 2 fast. Other than that the food was Ok plus the service was satisfactory. Again the restaurant needs a real good cleaning.Until the next time, we'll check to see if changes have taken place.

Our order took three hours. The delivery driver waited for our delivery and then cancelled as they took to long for the driver. the person answering the phone said it was on its way. but we found out not to be true. reordered as we had a house full of hungry guests. Theins 2 sent out our 2 hr old cold food that we order after three hours. very disappointed! 3 hours later we spend over $200 never again
