We love our new Cloods sofa. It’s the perfect balance of comfy and firm, and the versatility is awesome! Our living room has a big and oddly-shaped pillar with a short sofa wall, so flexibility was a must, and I don’t think we could have found a better sofa for the space. This is an outstanding product which is supported by excellent customer service. Thanks to Taraneh for guiding us through the buying process with a lot of patience and consistent follow-through.

Love their whole VR try at home process as it helped me to choose the style and colour that fits my space and delivery was smooth. The rep (Kami) on emails was super helpful and found quick solution to my not being able to order online. The delivery was smooth and I was communicated to prior to their arrival and brought into my home to it's designated space. Unwrapping was fun though could be scary as I didn't want to tear any fabric in the process. I liked that the pillows had a strip to pull, much easier to open. But the plastic wrap was great protection. The couch is amazing and fits varying needs and configurations which is the best part especially in a condo where you need furniture that can serve various purposes! It is on the firm side which I love as it makes standing up easier, not sure how it does on sleeping. The other thing that is of concern is the pieces separating wondering where the Velcro strips to keep them together are as I didn't receive any. Love the colours available!

I’ve been using this sofa for about 2 months now. I liked it when it arrived and enjoying it everyday. It’s higher than my previous sofa, so it’s perfect height for watching TV. I’ve tried few different configurations and this is what I have now. I often watch TV and just fall a sleep on this, so comfy. I really like the colour as well. When I ordered, I’d thought it might be bit too bright, but I am glad that I chose this colour, it’s pretty.

MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY KAMI (THE OWNER)!!Long story short..We have bought a set of Cloods in November last year.After a few months, the seat & back cushions start to get deformed, out of shape, & lose its support.We didn’t believe this was the quality that we paid for.And we reached out to Feydom to share our situations & Kami got back to us & asked that we send her some photos.After a short few days, Kami reviewed the issues & decided to exchange for a brand-new set of Cloods for us due to manufacturing problems!!She even offered us to change to a different fabric & colour too.After the new set has arrived, the old set was taken back.WHAT A BIG DIFFERENCE in the support & softer this fabric is!Then, we noticed the Velcro attaching strips were missing.Kami is now working in shipping us some.We were shocked how whole-heartedly she want to make the situation right so we can enjoy the Cloods as it should!!This new set was:Cloods > Mollia (fabric) > Middle Gray (FF-14 color)

I absolutely love my new couch. I have a small living room and bought the Clooods 2S and it's very comfortable and I love that it can turn into a single bed. It was very easy to assemble, just screw on the legs and that's it. Another awesome thing about Feydom is that if you move or need a bigger couch, you can just purchase a new module and add it! Lastly, the customer support is great and the couch arrived super quick. LOVE IT.
