How is this a 4star!Lived in parry sound for 25+ years. Wanted to make an exchange and the demeanor of the first representative was abrasive.. couldn’t make an exchange because it was not purchased from this store - But the Other location was friendly, and willing to make the exchange even knowing we didn’t buy from there! Try to support local businesses is important - customer service in local businesses should be even more Important!From now on, we are only going to and, sending everyone to the Joseph street location!

What a great team of problem solvers! I came in with a Weiser locket that I purchased from them 7 to 10 years ago. It had a defective part. Rick went into his personal stash of parts and fixed me up for free. What? Unheard of?Rick, Thank you. You guys have a return customer for life.
